Why:
Owned a B2B payments roadmap end to end; this team needs exactly that.
Gaps:
No direct experience with lending products.
Watch-outs:
Listing asks for 5 days in office in the first quarter.

01 · The problem

Job boards are loud. The good roles are quiet.

Scattered. The roles you'd actually want are posted on company career pages, one site at a time, and many never make it to the big boards.

Stale. What does reach the boards is often reposted, weeks old, or written so vaguely you can't tell if you fit.

Guesswork. So you skim hundreds of listings, rewrite your resume for each one, and still don't know where you stand.

Plumb does the scanning, gives you a straight answer on fit, and keeps the paperwork honest.

02 · How it works

Four steps. You make every call.

  1. Scan

Plumb reads company career pages directly, thousands of listings per scan across a large directory of companies, and surfaces what's new since you last looked. Bengaluru and remote India.

  2. Score

Every new role is scored against your resume out of 100. You see exactly where the points came from, plus a one-line reason, the gaps, and anything to watch out for.

  3. Tailor

For roles worth applying to, Plumb drafts a one-page resume and a cover note built only from what's already in your resume, plus answers for the application form.

  4. Track

Shortlist, apply, interview. Your whole pipeline lives on one board, so nothing slips.

03 · The score

A score you can argue with.

Most tools give you a vague percentage. Plumb gives you a 100-point breakdown, so you can see why a role scored the way it did and decide for yourself.

06 · It learns from you

Tell it once. It remembers.

Mark a role as a good match or not, and say why. Plumb takes that into account when it scores the next ones.

What we've learned

  • You lean towards B2B products over consumer apps.
  • Hybrid works for you; full-time office doesn't.
  • Roles that are mostly people management score lower for you.
  • Payments and fintech score higher than adtech.
  • You'd rather own a product area than a single feature.
  • Roles with heavy field travel score lower for you.
  • Growth-stage companies suit you better than very early startups.

You can see everything Plumb has learned about your preferences.

No. Tailored resumes are built only from what's already in your resume. Plumb can reorder, reword and trim, but it doesn't add skills, titles, employers or numbers you didn't provide. Always give it a read before you send it.

Straight from company career pages. Plumb scans a large directory of companies through the hiring systems they post on, and surfaces new roles in Bengaluru and remote India.

Every role is scored out of 100 across six parts: role fit (30), must-haves (25), domain (15), seniority (15), location (10) and freshness (5). Each score comes with a one-line reason, your gaps, and anything to watch out for.

Your resume is stored privately in a database in Mumbai and is only used to find, score and tailor roles for you. To do that, its text and the job description are sent to OpenAI. Career pages are read separately, and your resume is never sent to them. You can delete any resume version yourself; to remove your whole account, ask the person who invited you.

Yes. Plumb works in your mobile browser, with light, dark and system themes.
